Non-Tech roles: No one likes a lengthy interview process. At Payroc, you can typically expect three different stages in the interview process:
- Resume screening by answering a few questions to see if you’re the right fit for the role;
- A pre-screen interview with the recruiter to find out more about the role; this generally lasts 20-30 minutes
- A final interview with the hiring manager and extended team to determine if you’re the RocStar we’re looking for, focusing on behavioral and functional specific questions.
Technology roles: Our interview process is two stages, and could be completed within a few days.
- Informal interview focusing on skills and approach.
- Technical interview which you can prepare for in advance and discuss with a panel.
